What is the minimum order quantity?
Most items start from 20 pieces. Some items, like banners and trophies, can be ordered from 1 piece.
How soon will I receive my order?
Orders below 500 pieces are usually dispatched within 3 to 7 working days after artwork approval and payment. East Malaysia deliveries take a few extra days.
Can you deliver on the same day?
For urgent orders within KL and Selangor, same-day delivery can be arranged at an extra fee.
Can you deliver to multiple addresses?
Yes. Share the list of addresses and we will include split shipping in your quote.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will replace it at our cost.
What file format should I send?
AI, PDF, PSD, PNG or JPG. Vector files (AI or PDF) give the sharpest print.
What resolution do I need?
300 DPI at print size gives the best result. We will let you know if your file is too low in quality.
I don't have artwork. Can you design it?
Yes. Basic design and mockups are free with every order.
Can I change the artwork after ordering?
Small changes are fine before production starts. Tell us as early as possible.
